The special-purpose fit-out for the Opel Movano starts with sturdy side panels made of 6.5 mm waterproof plywood. Double-sided lamination, i.e. a phenolic film coating, provides resistance to moisture and mechanical damage, and gives the vehicle interior a neat finish. The floor is a durable 12 mm waterproof anti-slip HEXA board. Built-in anchor points make the cargo area more functional and safer to use.

Comfort and insulation thanks to modern materials

The ceiling in the Opel Movano is made of high-grade plastic that is lightweight, durable and easy to clean. It is also insulated with a bitumen mat with aluminium foil, which improves thermal and acoustic comfort inside the vehicle. This is particularly important in the food industry, which often works in changing weather conditions. In addition, the seals in the fit-out are specially designed and made for the structure, ensuring a perfect fit.

Reinforced bulkhead and wheel arch covers

An additional advantage of the fit-out is the solid construction of the bulkhead, made of waterproof plywood laminated on both sides. It is resistant to damage and effectively protects the cargo area. The wheel arch covers are also protected with waterproof plywood and reinforced with aluminium fittings.
