New scan and precise fit-out

We took a precise 3D measurement of the cargo area using a Proliner device. Thanks to this, we were able to build in the window recess, creating a shelf above the wheel arch cover that provides additional storage space. We used 6.5 mm plywood for the side panels and 12 mm plywood for the floor. All elements are waterproof and easy to clean.

Laminated plywood box

We built a laminated plywood box for transporting the Proliner. The box is lined with upholstery fabric, which protects the equipment during transport.

Safe transport

In the fit-out we installed an Airline rail with LED lighting on the ceiling, which illuminates the vehicle interior. We added an auto-retracting strap to the rail, as well as eyelet anchor points, which ensure safe transport of the glass transport rack. We designed the fit-out so that there is access to the storage compartment in the side wall.

Additional 12 V socket and indicator light in the cockpit

In the wheel arch cover we placed a 12 V socket, to which an LED work light can be connected. In the driver's cockpit we installed an indicator light that comes on when the light in the rear of the vehicle is switched on, giving full control over the lighting.
