New project for MARBUD - Iveco Daily L3H2

We present our latest project - a complete van fit-out of an Iveco Daily L3H2 for MARBUD. The vehicle has been turned into a fully functional mobile workshop, ready for daily work in demanding field conditions. Below are the details of the work carried out.

Interior protection and insulation

To ensure durability and protect the vehicle interior, we carried out comprehensive protection work:

• floor: waterproof 12 mm anti-slip hexa plywood,

• side panels, doors, bulkhead: 6.5 mm laminated waterproof plywood,

• ceiling: finished with PP plastic,

• wheel arch covers: protected with plywood and aluminium fittings,

• thermal insulation: bitumen mat with aluminium foil, which improves working comfort and reduces noise.

GEMA workshop van fit-out

We installed a professional workshop fit-out from GEMA, including:

• trays, cases, cabinets and shelves,

• spray can holders,

• SHOULDER SINK cleaning station,

• worktop with 230V LED halogen lighting,

• cable holder,

• vice that pulls out to the outside.

Engraved MARBUD logo

We engraved the MARBUD company logo on the bulkhead and the rear doors, giving the whole project an individual, professional look.

Lighting and load securing systems

In the ceiling we installed LED lighting and 4 Airline rails with certified WISTRA fittings. An additional rail was mounted on the bulkhead. The set also includes an auto-retracting strap that attaches to the Airline rail. We also fitted 2 clothes hooks - a practical solution for work clothing.

Electrical system and accessories

To keep the vehicle fully functional in any conditions, we installed:

• inverter and distribution board with a circuit breaker (behind the driver's seat),

• LED searchlight with a magnet,

• cam switch on the bulkhead,

• CEE adapter with an external socket,

• compressor with a connection kit (fittings, hose, connector, etc.),

• 2 switches and 2 230V power sockets above the worktop

The van fit-out for MARBUD combines durability, good looks and high functionality - designed for intensive everyday work.
