Premium Plywood
- Floor - 12 mm anti-slip hexa plywood, waterproof and easy to clean.
- Side panels - 6.5 mm plywood, also waterproof and laminated on both sides.
- Wheel arch covers - made from two types of plywood and reinforced with aluminium fittings.
Bulkhead and Ceiling
We protected the bulkhead, ceiling and protruding body elements with technical felt, which dampens noise and insulates. The bulkhead also features clothes hooks. In addition, 1/3 of the bulkhead is made of 12 mm plywood and fitted with an access hatch that provides access to the storage compartment under the seats.
Load Securing System
We installed Airline rails with load securing fittings on the floor and walls. The floor rails are recessed, so the floor stays flat. Above the ceiling there is also a transport beam compatible with the Airline rail.
Specialist Mounting Solutions
Using Airline rails, we created a transport mount for a Markusson chainsaw chain sharpening machine, which keeps the machine from shifting during transport. We built a transport crate from 12 mm hexa plywood. We also made a plywood panel that divides the cargo area into two sections.
LED Lighting for Comfortable Use
Inside the fit-out we installed LEDs that light the cargo area effectively, improving working comfort and safety during loading and unloading.
