Durable floor and cargo area protection

For the floor we used 12 mm anti-slip hexa plywood. It is a strong, waterproof and durable material that is easy to keep clean.

We protected the side walls with 6.5 mm plywood laminated on both sides. The panels are resistant to mechanical damage, waterproof and easy to clean.

We also fitted enlarged wheel arch covers which, besides protecting the vehicle's wheel arches, provide additional storage space. Their edges are protected with aluminium trim.

The fit-out also includes a half-height bulkhead and a floor skirting.

Independent EcoFlow power supply and full electrical system

In the Mercedes Sprinter we installed an EcoFlow DELTA 3 power system with an EcoFlow Alternator Charger. The set provides 230 V and 12 V power both when parked and while driving.

The EcoFlow Alternator Charger charges the EcoFlow station while driving, using energy from the alternator. It allows you to power electrical devices and charge batteries without an external power source.

In the vehicle we installed a complete electrical system, including:

• an indicator light in the driver's cab,
• an additional 12 V socket,
• 230 V sockets in the cargo area and the driver's cab,
• a powerful magnetic LED floodlight.
• the EcoFlow output socket has been given its own custom marking.

Thermal insulation and a comfortable passenger area

We removed the original bulkhead and then covered it with thermal insulation with an aluminium foil layer. On the passenger side, the whole surface was neatly finished with black technical felt. For the user's comfort we also fitted two clothes hooks.

Airline system - secure fastening of motorcycles and cargo

The Airline rails were installed on the side walls, the ceiling and the floor. The ceiling also features integrated LED lighting. This arrangement of securing points allows motorcycles to be fastened securely.

We equipped the Airline rails with dedicated auto-retracting straps, load securing fittings and hooks.

The system allows load securing practically anywhere. As a result, the cargo area can be quickly adapted to each specific transport job.

The motorcycle stands were supplied by the customer.

Galia with a 13-pin installation

The fit-out is completed by a Galia tow bar with a 13-pin electrical harness. The tow bar is easily detachable, so it can be quickly removed when not needed. Another practical solution is the storage compartment under the driver's seat.
