Professional Mercedes Sprinter Van Fit-Out

This Mercedes Sprinter van fit-out was designed for users who expect not only durability, but also good looks and functionality. The whole structure is built from moisture-resistant materials that are easy to keep clean, making it an ideal solution for professionals working in demanding conditions.

Before installing the fit-out, we treated the entire vehicle with a special protective agent that shields metal surfaces from corrosion and extends the life of the whole structure - especially in harsh operating conditions.

We 3D-scanned the vehicle's side door so that we could design a fit-out that covers as much of its surface as possible, while still allowing you to reach a hand freely into the work area.

We also equipped the Mercedes Sprinter with car floor mats made to fit this exact model. Made of high-quality, odourless elastomer (TPE), they are durable, abrasion-resistant and have a high protective edge that effectively keeps dirt away from the interior.

Key features of the fit-out:

• Waterproof and easy to clean - the entire fit-out is made of water-resistant materials, so it can be washed without problems and kept hygienic.

• Side panels - 6.5 mm plywood laminated on both sides, joined with aluminium strips.

• Mounting points - load securing anchors are fitted on the walls.

• Durable floor - 12 mm anti-slip hexa plywood, finished with aluminium threshold strips.

• Wheel arch covers - made from a combination of two types of plywood and protected with aluminium fittings.

• LED lighting - LED lights are fitted under the ceiling on both sides and integrated with the factory lighting.

• Airline rails - fitted in the ceiling, plus auto-retracting straps for load securing.
  
  
• Armrest - the vehicle has no factory armrest, so we fitted a universal model that bolts to the seat backrest and has an adjustable angle. Made of durable plastic and metal, it adds extra comfort while driving.

GEMA Shelving Unit

An additional element of the fit-out is a lightweight aluminium shelving unit from the Italian brand GEMA. Designed for storing cleaning products and organisers, it is a practical and functional solution. For extra stability, it has been reinforced with an anti-slip hexa plywood panel, which keeps the structure solid.

Easy Areo

We installed the Easy Aero ventilation system - a roof-mounted fan that ensures optimal air circulation in commercial vehicles. Thanks to its design, it effectively removes moisture and prevents unpleasant odours from building up inside the vehicle.

70mai A810 Dash Cam

We installed a 70mai A810 dash cam, which records in 4K UHD with HDR technology. It captures every detail on the road and also supports the driver with an ADAS system that warns of potential hazards. GPS allows accurate tracking of route and speed, and night mode guarantees excellent visibility even after dark. We also integrated a rear camera, which gives a constant view of what is in the cargo area of the vehicle.
