Mercedes Sprinter L2H2 van fit-out project for CampBox

Premium plywood

• Side panels - double-sided laminated plywood, 6.5 mm, waterproof, impact-resistant and easy to clean.

• Floor - anti-slip HEXA plywood, waterproof, 12 mm thick.

• XTra wheel arch covers - with additional storage space. Made of double-sided laminated waterproof plywood and HEXA plywood.

• Technical felt - areas that could not be protected with plywood were covered with technical felt.

Airline rails

The key element of the project was a professional load securing system based on Airline rails, which significantly improves transport safety. We mounted the Airline load securing rails on the side walls and on the ceiling, together with additional LED lighting on the ceiling.

The Airline system also includes:

• Load securing fittings that clip into the rail
• Auto-retracting straps with Airline fittings
• Clothes hangers
• Adjustable aluminium load bars

Logo and indicator light

We engraved the CampBox logo, which underlines the professional character of the fit-out. We also installed an indicator light in the driver's cockpit that shows the status of the vehicle's interior lighting.
