Mercedes Sprinter fit-out for motorcycle transport

Durable protection of the cargo area
In this Mercedes Sprinter, we prepared a van fit-out designed for safe and convenient motorcycle transport. The side panels, doors and pillars are made of material with a 6.5 mm phenolic film coating.
Anti-slip HEXA floor
The floor in the cargo area is made of 12 mm HEXA plywood. The material is anti-slip, waterproof and resistant to heavy use.
WISTRA Airline system
In this fit-out we used the Airline system from the German brand WISTRA - professional rails designed for load securing. The rails are arranged on two levels along the sides of the vehicle, so the securing points can be flexibly adjusted to the motorcycle being transported and the chosen securing method.
In addition, we installed special recessed securing rails designed for motorcycle transport in the floor. Thanks to them, the floor surface remains smooth, which improves the functionality of the cargo area and makes it easier to use every day.
