Waterproof plywood fit-out - high quality

We built the fit-out from waterproof plywood. The 12 mm floor has an anti-slip surface and is easy to clean. The side panels are made of 6.5 mm plywood, laminated on both sides. Everything is tightly sealed. We made the wheel arch covers from a combination of both types of plywood and protected them with aluminium trim. The bulkhead is also made of 6.5 mm plywood, with an additional 12 mm plywood base. The entire fit-out is fully insulated.

Load securing system and work area lighting

The cargo area is fitted with Airline rails with load securing anchor points, auto-retracting straps and a pen-beam pneumatic load bar. On the ceiling there is an additional Airline rail with LED lighting, which also serves as a light source. In the driver's cockpit we installed an indicator light showing the status of the cargo area lighting.

Service access and driving recorder

We made two inspection openings in the fit-out, giving quick access to the vehicle's electronics. In the driver's cab we installed a 70mai X200 Omni camera, which offers high-resolution recording and a wide viewing angle.

Milwaukee Packout system - organised, mobile tools

The floor is fitted with the Milwaukee Packout system, which provides modular tool organisation and quick access to equipment. The system allows any configuration of boxes and organisers, significantly improving the plumber's workflow.

CRUZ roof bars - additional transport space

We mounted CRUZ roof bars on the roof of the vehicle, allowing safe transport of long items. The system is highly durable, corrosion-resistant and allows accessories to be fitted quickly.
