Top quality
gBee Sound specializes in professional audio solutions for the event industry and mobile sound systems. We built a van fit-out refined in every detail and resistant to demanding working conditions, which suits the character of the vehicle and the client's needs perfectly.
Side panels and floor
We used 6.5 mm laminated plywood for the side and door panels and 12 mm anti-slip hexa plywood for the floor. Both types of plywood are waterproof, easy to clean and extremely durable.
Bulkhead
We started with insulation - a 3 mm bitumen mat with an aluminium foil layer. The bulkhead was made from both types of plywood (12 mm and 6.5 mm). We cut an opening and made sliding access doors to make use of the space in the lower part of the enclosed bulkhead. We also added an engraving of the gBee Sound logo.
Wheel arch covers
We made the wheel arch covers from two types of plywood - 12 mm hexa and 6.5 mm - and protected them with aluminium fittings. We used the vehicle's original mounting points and polyethylene (PE-HD, PE300) as an adapter for carrying the loading ramp.
Airline from WISTRA
On the side walls and the bulkhead we installed Airline load securing rails with anchor points and auto-retracting straps. This solution ensures safe transport of equipment and flexibility in arranging the cargo area.
Electrical system and extras
We installed a complete electrical system with a 12V cigarette lighter socket and an LED work light on a strong magnet. We also fitted practical hammock mounts, increasing the vehicle's functionality for its users - a hammock is perfect for downtime before a production, an event or any other occasion.
