Iveco Daily L4H2 van fit-out for ELKOR

Here is another project we completed for our long-standing business partner - Piotr Korduła, owner of ELKOR, a company specializing in professional electrical services and electrical installations for private and business customers.

Cargo area protection

The fit-out is built on a durable, functional structure made of materials that stand up to heavy daily use.

• We made the floor from 12 mm anti-slip hexa plywood, which is waterproof and very easy to clean. The whole floor is protected with an aluminium threshold strip.

• We made the side and door panels from 6.5 mm plywood laminated on both sides. The plywood is moisture-resistant and easy to keep clean.

• We made the wheel arch covers from both types of plywood and additionally protected them with aluminium fittings.

• We extended the rear door sill, which increased the usable surface of the cargo area - it is made of anti-slip hexa plywood.

AIRLINE load securing system

The final element of the project was a professional load securing system based on AIRLINE rails, which significantly improves the safety of transporting tools and materials.

We installed the AIRLINE load securing rails:

• on the side walls,

• on the ceiling, where we also fitted rails with LED lighting to improve visibility in the cargo area.

The AIRLINE system was complemented with additional accessories:

• load securing fittings that clip into the rail,

• auto-retracting straps with AIRLINE fittings, which allow quick and stable securing of transported items.

In the van we also installed:

• two electrical switches - one by the rear doors and another by the side door,

• an indicator light in the driver's cab, which shows the status of the cargo area lighting.

Thanks to these solutions, the Iveco Daily L4H2 now has a durable, functional and safe cargo space, perfectly suited to everyday work in the electrical trade.
