Professional Workshop Equipment

In the cargo area we installed a stainless steel stand holding a generator and a compressor. Thanks to the fit-out from the Italian brand GEMA, made of extruded, anodised aluminium and lightweight composite materials, our drawers and shelves are optimised for maximum capacity and load rating. The set includes Pro AUER Packaging tool boxes, ideal for safe storage and transport of tools, as well as cases for small parts.

Durability and Protection

Our modern workshop van fit-out is an ideal solution for mobile truck service units. The side walls and ceiling are carefully insulated with a rubber mat with aluminium foil. We protected the sides with waterproof laminated plywood and finished the ceiling with PP board. On the floor we used 12 mm waterproof plywood, with aluminium sheet glued on top for additional protection. The wheel arch covers are lined with felt and laminated plywood, which ensures durability and protection. We also installed an inverter and a parking heater with an outlet, which improves working comfort in all conditions.

LED Lighting and Power Sockets

In the cargo area we installed LED lighting and load securing rails, with ladder holders on the bulkhead. The vehicle is equipped with 230V sockets, a cigarette lighter socket and a 400V socket outlet from the generator, allowing work with a wide range of equipment.

A Functional Workspace

We equipped the interior with a functional workbench with a worktop and a board with parts trays - a real workshop on wheels! We also provided mounts for specialist equipment, including air hose reels, shelves for spray cans and hoses. In addition, we installed a mobile ShoulderSink sanitary corner, which improves working comfort in the field.
