Iveco Daily L3H2 Refurbishment for Almar - New Floor and StoreVan Loading Ramp

In this project for Almar, we refurbished the cargo area of an Iveco Daily L3H2. The existing floor was made of OSB board in three separate sections. This solution is not suitable as a floor in a delivery van, and the three-piece split caused the floor to lift during use. The structure was also too weak to provide a stable and safe mounting for the loading ramp. For this reason, the floor had to be replaced completely.

We installed a 12 mm plywood floor, resistant to moisture and mechanical damage. The whole floor was finished with aluminium threshold strips, which protect the edges and increase durability.

The key element of the upgrade is the StoreVan loading ramp. It is a solution designed for fast, safe and convenient loading and unloading.

The ramp's construction offers high stability, easy operation thanks to its assist system, and a high load capacity, which makes work more efficient.
