Floor matched to the tail lift

The 12 mm one-piece floor was designed specifically for tail lift installation, so the whole structure is consistent and precisely matched. We install it without modifying the vehicle structure, using the factory holes in the body. The whole floor is protected with aluminium threshold strips. In the Premium version we used a grey hexagonal pattern, which is durable and easy to clean.

Side panels

We installed the 6.5 mm side panels without modifying the vehicle structure, using the existing mounting points. The panels were cut to size so that they do not cover the factory spare wheel mount, keeping the vehicle fully functional.

Wheel arch covers

In the Premium version we used double-sided laminated plywood that is moisture-resistant and easy to keep clean. The wheel arch covers also protect the inside of the cargo area, and the version with aluminium fittings offers increased durability.

Bulkhead

We made the bulkhead from 6.5 mm plywood protected on both sides with phenolic film. This finish increases resistance to abrasion, moisture and everyday use, and the smooth surface makes the fit-out easier to keep clean. The rigidity of the material gives the cab additional protection from shifting cargo.

DH-LSP.10 tail lift

The DH-LSP.10 lift was designed specifically for installation in the IVECO Daily. Two lifting cylinders and tilt cylinders keep the platform stable, matched to its load. An additional advantage of the design is the almost fully visible platform, which, besides providing space for the licence plate, can also serve as an advertising surface.
