Industrial van fit-out for Ford Transit L4H3

This van fit-out was designed for Anularis, a company specializing in machine manufacturing, electrical equipment repair and construction work. The whole build is tailored to the needs of professionals working in the field, providing functionality and full comfort.

Practical work surface

The bulkhead is covered with 12 mm premium HEXA plywood, with a precisely cut opening for the technical windows. We mounted a shelving unit with a work surface against it, with built-in spaces for cases and a refurbished tool trolley. On the bulkhead we installed 230V sockets and LED lighting, ensuring functionality and comfortable use. In addition, we fitted an inverter in the passenger area, which further increases the functionality of the fit-out.

Load securing

Airline rails run along the entire length of the side walls, allowing cargo to be secured safely. At the rear we also made practical storage compartments on both sides of the vehicle for transporting tool cases.

Shelving and fit-out

Refurbished workshop shelving units are mounted on the side walls, which we protected with high-quality 6.5 mm plywood with a phenolic film coating. It is resistant to moisture and mechanical damage, guaranteeing durability and a neat appearance for many years. An additional convenience is a shelf and an Airline rail with clothes hooks, installed in the passenger area. We milled the company logo into the entire fit-out, which reinforces its brand image.

Floor

We used 12 mm grey premium HEXA flooring. Thanks to its waterproof and durable structure, it is ideal for intensive use, providing a comfortable working environment and easy cleaning. On the left door we mounted ShoulderSink - a portable hygiene station that keeps hands clean anywhere.

Thanks to these solutions, the interior of the van has been adapted to the needs of industrial companies, providing a functional and safe place to work, transport equipment and provide services in the field.
