Durable cargo area finish

Floor
We made it from 12 mm plywood. The material offers high strength and resistance to intensive use. The plywood was laid as a single piece, and the whole floor was additionally protected with aluminium floor trims.

Side walls, doors and pillars
We protected them with 6.5 mm hardwood plywood panels. This solution effectively shields the factory elements of the cargo area from damage during everyday use.

X-Tra wheel arch covers
They are designed to fill the vehicle's recesses perfectly, eliminating empty gaps around the wheels. Their enlarged shape makes it possible to make full use of the rear of the van, providing the entire cargo area without any limitations.

StoreVan shelving units and tool organization

We installed StoreVan shelving units made of lightweight, durable, corrosion-resistant steel. We also fitted an aluminium tool rail with holders, which makes it easier to organize the equipment used on the job. The fit-out is complemented by a StoreVan cleaning corner mounted on the rear door of the vehicle.

EcoFlow - independent 230 V and 12 V power

One of the key elements of this project is the power system based on the EcoFlow DELTA 3 and the EcoFlow Alternator Charger 1000. The set provides 230 V and 12 V power both when parked and while driving.

The EcoFlow Alternator Charger 1000 charges the power station directly from the vehicle's alternator while driving. This makes efficient use of the energy produced by the vehicle and tops up the energy stored in the power station.

We mounted the EcoFlow DELTA 3 itself on two Airline rails inside a StoreVan shelving unit. The device is additionally secured with straps. For the user's convenience, we also installed a 230 V socket by the rear doors.
