Heavy-duty Fiat Ducato L4H2 fit-out with checker plate for Traffic Tech

We completed a robust cargo area fit-out in a Fiat Ducato L4H2 for Traffic Tech, a company specializing in road marking. The main material is 2 mm checker plate, which ensures high resistance to mechanical damage and a long service life in daily use.

The scope of work included:

• A floor made of 12 mm plywood, covered with durable checker plate.
  
  
• A checker plate plinth on the bulkhead, effectively protecting against damage.
  
  
• Side and door panels, first lined with 6.5 mm waterproof plywood laminated on both sides and then additionally protected with checker plate.
  
  
• Wheel arch covers made of 6.5 mm plywood and fully covered with checker plate.

We also installed eyelet load securing anchor points, which allow safe transport of heavy items.

The fit-out is completed by a 230 V electrical system, including:

• A black OMY 3×1.5 mm coiled cable (routed under the fit-out).
  
  
• A 230 V power socket.
  
  

As a result, the vehicle became a fully functional mobile work base, tailored to the real needs of the road works industry.
