Functional solutions in the Renault Trafic L2H1 van fit-out

In this project we used premium side panels and floor made of waterproof plywood in 6.5 mm and 12 mm thicknesses. These materials are easy to clean and impact-resistant.

The wheel arch covers have been enlarged to create practical additional storage compartments. We also built in the upper part of the bulkhead , which improves safety and comfort of use.

LED strips are mounted in the plywood panels on both sides of the van - providing excellent visibility even in demanding working conditions.

The van is also equipped with a Galia tow bar with a dedicated 13-pin wiring harness, allowing safe and convenient towing of trailers or car transporters. The finishing touch is an engraved logo on the door and the bulkhead.
