Ford Transit L3H2 Van Fit-Out for INKO Energy

We completed a full cargo area fit-out of a Ford Transit L3H2 for INKO Energy. We started by removing the flimsy factory fit-out and replaced it with our proven materials.

• 12 mm floor made of a durable, strong and waterproof material, laid as a single piece. The whole floor is finished with aluminium floor trims.
  
  

• For the side walls we used 6.5 mm dry-use plywood. The fit-out is made of natural plywood with a raw finish, combining durability with a simple, versatile look.
  
  

• The fit-out includes X-Tra wheel arch covers. They are designed to fill the vehicle's recesses perfectly, creating additional storage space.

Next to the bulkhead we installed a StoreVan shelving unit - a modular equipment system for commercial vehicles that keeps tools, materials and equipment organised while making the most of the available space.

On the side walls and the ceiling we mounted Airline load securing rails from the German company WISTRA, complemented by dedicated auto-retracting straps. This keeps the equipment and cargo securely fastened while driving.
