Ford Transit Custom L1H1 van fit-out for Gminna Jednostka WOD-KAN Ksawerów

Durable, waterproof cargo area fit-out

We carried out a professional fit-out of a Ford Transit Custom L1H1 for Gminna Jednostka Wodno-Kanalizacyjna Ksawerów.

• We installed a Premium 12 mm anti-slip hexa plywood floor, which is waterproof, anti-slip and easy to clean.
  
  
• The side panels are made of 6.5 mm Premium plywood - waterproof and durable.
  
  
• We also fitted XTra Premium wheel arch covers - with additional storage space.
  
  
• The whole structure was carefully sealed, protecting the vehicle interior from moisture and dirt.

Insulation and lighting for greater working comfort

The vehicle's ceiling was insulated with a rubber mat with aluminium foil. We then built a ceiling lining from durable plastic. For better visibility in the work area, we installed two LED strips along the entire ceiling.

Bulkhead fit-out

We covered the bulkhead up to half its height with 6.5 mm double-sided laminated plywood. On the bulkhead we fitted an Airline rail with an auto-retracting strap to secure the compressor while driving.

Load securing system and generator preparation

We fitted the vehicle with professional transport solutions: Airline load securing rails, a STORE VAN cleaning corner, quick-release holders (quick clamps) to stabilise transported tools, and a generator. The fit-out allows safe and stable transport of equipment, tools and materials, even in difficult road conditions.

Modification and adaptation of STORE VAN shelving units

We customised the STORE VAN shelving unit. The modification included drilling holes in the unit's structure and creating a dedicated mounting system for hydrant keys in PE HD Ø75 pipes supplied by the client. The pipes were precisely fitted to the shelving unit and serve as transport holders for the hydrant keys. The whole set ensures stability and safety while driving.

The STORE VAN shelving unit is equipped with cabinets, drawers and shelves, as well as an Airline system, which we supplemented with load securing holders, hooks for work clothing and an auto-retracting strap. We designed the entire fit-out together with the employees, taking into account the specifics of their daily work, which resulted in a high level of user comfort and maximum functionality.
