Durable protection for the cargo area

For AB Nieruchomości we completed a full van fit-out of a Ford Transit Crew Cab L3H2, focusing on durability, functionality and quality of finish.

We fitted the cargo area with a floor made of anti-slip and waterproof grey hexa plywood, 12 mm thick. The floor was additionally built up with 6 mm plywood to level it with the floor of the passenger area. We protected the side walls with panels made of double-sided laminated, waterproof plywood, 6.5 mm thick, also in grey.

The XTra wheel arch cover, joining both types of plywood, was enlarged and extended towards the rear doors, creating additional storage space.

We also made an access opening that allows long items to be carried and gives access to the passenger area, fitted with sliding doors. The whole fit-out was carefully sealed, which ensures high durability and protection against moisture and dirt.

Electrical system and extras

Electrical system and LEDs

We installed an electrical system package in the vehicle, including 230 V power. The system is complemented by a two-way ON/OFF switch. In addition, in the driver's cab we fitted an illuminated control button for the lighting, which also serves as an indicator light.

Professional AIRLINE load securing system

We installed a professional AIRLINE load securing system. It includes load securing brackets and auto-retracting straps, which allow transported items to be secured quickly and reliably.

On the vehicle's ceiling we mounted Airline rails with integrated LED lighting. This solution increases the functionality of the work area and improves working comfort regardless of lighting conditions.

StoreVan workshop shelving unit

The fit-out is completed by a professional StoreVan workshop shelving unit with drawers and shelves. The unit is built from lightweight, strong steel with enhanced resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion.
