Premium Plywood

We started by removing the factory floor, made of chipboard bonded with Styrodur insulation, and thoroughly cleaning the vehicle. We then installed a new floor made of 12 mm HEXA plywood, which is waterproof and anti-slip. In front of the worktop we fitted a plinth made of the same plywood. The side panels, doors and bulkhead were lined with 6.5 mm double-sided laminated plywood, which is moisture-resistant and easy to clean.

Storevan Workbench

We made the worktop from 20 mm thick plywood. The Storevan workbench is equipped with two drawers and a practical fire extinguisher mount, ensuring safety and comfort at work.

Airline Rails and LED Lighting

To reinforce the empty space, we used checker plate under the Airline rail mounting. We installed the rails on both sides of the vehicle and fitted them with load securing brackets, auto-retracting straps, clothes hooks and an aluminium tool rail with rubber holders. We also added rails on the vehicle ceiling with built-in LED strips.

Electrical Installation

We carried out a complete 12V electrical installation in the vehicle. We also installed a special LED spotlight with a magnet, powered from the cigarette lighter socket.

We added an engraved company logo. The wheel arch covers were finished with durable ABS material.
