Fiat Ducato L3H2 fit-out for Tardo, for the electrical trade

Fit-out construction - materials used

• Floor 12 mm anti-slip hexa plywood, waterproof, with increased abrasion resistance, made in a single piece and easy to keep clean.
  
  
• Doors, side panels, bulkhead: 6.5 mm plywood laminated on both sides, waterproof, durable and resistant to mechanical damage, with an easy-to-clean surface.

XTra wheel arch covers - space optimization

The wheel arch covers are made from both types of plywood used in the fit-out. The structure has been enlarged, which created additional storage space. We also built a dedicated transport box from anti-slip hexa plywood, sized to fit tool cases. The box is removable.

StoreVan shelving units

The fit-out is equipped with StoreVan shelving units made of lightweight, strong steel with high load capacity and corrosion resistance. The configuration includes drawers, bins and pull-out shelves for CASE PLUS small-parts cases. An additional shelf was mounted on the bulkhead. The shelving unit also includes a shelf with a roller shutter, with space behind it for a kettle or coffee machine. We also installed an aluminum tool rail with holders for organizing tools.

Load securing system

We equipped the cargo area with Airline load securing rails. The system includes handles, hangers and auto-retracting straps. This solution allows the securing points to be configured freely.

Electrical system and LED lighting

On the ceiling we installed Airline rails with LED lighting, which serve as the main lighting.

The electrical system includes:

• a separate interior switch in the cargo area,

• an indicator light in the driver's cab.
