Fiat Doblo L2H2 Van Fit-Out for an Oversize Transport Pilot

We present a complete project on a Fiat Doblo L2H2, designed for drivers and pilots working in oversize transport. It was built to give maximum comfort on multi-day trips and to create a functional space for work and rest.

In this van fit-out we used:

• a plywood floor with rails and PVC flooring,
• upholstered plywood side panels,
• 12 mm plywood wheel arch covers with a practical folding table,
• thermal and acoustic insulation with aluminium foil on the ceiling, side panels and wheel arch covers,
• an upholstered ceiling lining,
• a comfortable bed with storage compartments,
• a wardrobe, a suitcase shelving unit and practical shelves made of 12 mm plywood,
• a roof window with a mosquito net and pleated blind,
• a sliding side window,
• a gas cylinder box,
• energy-efficient LED lighting.

Thanks to its well-thought-out interior layout, the Fiat Doblo L2H2 becomes a mobile base where you can rest comfortably, store essential equipment and prepare for the next stages of work. Every element of the fit-out is made of durable materials, ensuring a neat finish, functionality and resistance to intensive use.
