We built a practical, durable van fit-out for a Mercedes Sprinter L3H2, perfectly suited to everyday work on a farm. The van has dual rear wheels, which gives it a higher payload.

Details of our van fit-out:

• Floor:
  The structure gets its strength from 12 mm plywood - a proven solution for intensive use. We fitted it flush to create a uniform, even surface, which makes everyday use more comfortable.

• Walls:
  We covered them with 6.5 mm hardwood plywood, which ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage.

• Ceiling:
  Before fitting durable PVC panels, we covered the entire ceiling with thermal insulation, ensuring a comfortable temperature in any weather.

• Wheel arch covers:
  The enlarged wheel arch covers extend upward, creating additional storage for small items and making better use of the cargo area.
