In the Mercedes Sprinter, we mounted the winch under the passenger seat, on a solid 4 mm stainless steel base with an additional safety lever. To ensure smooth and safe operation, we used a spreader bar with a stainless steel sleeve on the Airline rails fitted along the sides of the vehicle, which protects the rope from damage and ensures it is guided correctly.

We also made an access hatch in the bulkhead to make winch servicing easier. The whole installation makes the device comfortable, quick and trouble-free to operate, with the winch ready for action in any conditions.
