Crew cab Volkswagen Transporter van fit-out for OPA-ROW

Another project for OPA-ROW, and once again thank you for your trust. This time we carried out a complete cargo area fit-out of a Volkswagen Transporter, focusing on durability and practical solutions.

Solid protection for the cargo area

We made the floor from 12 mm anti-slip hexa plywood. It is a durable material that is moisture-resistant and easy to clean.

The side and door panels are made of 6.5 mm waterproof plywood, laminated on both sides.

We also made the half-height bulkhead from anti-slip hexa plywood. In addition, on the right side we cut a practical access opening for carrying long items, secured with sliding doors.

The wheel arch covers are a combination of laminated plywood and anti-slip hexa plywood. They are additionally protected with aluminium guard strips. We also used our proprietary XTra system, in which the wheel arch covers are extended toward the doors, creating extra storage space.

Load securing system

On the side walls we installed Airline load securing rails. The system is equipped with dedicated auto-retracting straps, which allow quick and safe securing of the transported load.
