Complete transformation of a Peugeot Boxer L4H2

Another van fit-out for Visolis!

This time we transformed a Peugeot Boxer L4H2 into a modern, functional mobile work center. We removed the old fit-out and introduced a range of innovative solutions that significantly improved comfort and efficiency when working in the field.

Modular StoreVan shelving units

In the new fit-out we installed open shelves on the left side of the vehicle, giving quick access to tools and equipment. The bulkhead carries a shelving unit with a spacious work table and drawers, creating a comfortable workspace. This solution improves ergonomics and efficiency in everyday use of the vehicle.

Independent power source

To ensure reliable power in any conditions, we installed a Fogo FH 6001 generator in the lower part of the shelving unit and an inverter under the driver's seat. It is an excellent solution that keeps the vehicle fully ready for work, regardless of location.

Durability and safety

We took care of the durability and safety of the vehicle by using only high-quality materials:

• Floor: 12 mm anti-slip waterproof hexa plywood (brown), resistant to damage and intensive use.

• Side walls: 6.5 mm laminated plywood in an elegant grey shade.
• Wheel arch covers: Built into storage compartments to maximize the space in the vehicle.

Innovative tool storage

On the upper part of the bulkhead we installed a Packout board for storing Milwaukee tools, ensuring full organization and easy access to equipment.

Load securing

In the rear section we installed Airline rails on both sides at two heights, along with load securing anchor points. We also fitted Wistra auto-retracting straps, which allow the loading ramp to be secured safely.

Lighting and power - work without limits

• Two 230V halogen lamps on both sides above the worktop - ideal for working after dark.
• Two 230V sockets + a light switch on the board above the work table.
• A cigarette lighter socket on the left side and an inverter under the driver's seat for greater flexibility in powering equipment.

Additional conveniences

• Water container on the rear doors - a handy solution in the field.
• Berner hand washing set with holder and hand cleaning paste - for full hygiene in any conditions.
• Specialist Dragon Winch 12 winch - we designed a steel ceiling mount that ensures safe storage and use of the winch.

Safety in the details

Under the fit-out we made 12 mm plywood reinforcements, on which we mounted:

• A fire extinguisher holder from the Italian company DAKEN (on the right side).
• Milwaukee Packout sets for tool storage (on the left side).
  
  

Final finishing touches

To secure the cargo even better, we installed an aluminium angle bracket by the sliding door, which will lock the Mauser tank in place during transport, keeping it stable and eliminating the risk of shifting. Thanks to this complete transformation, the Peugeot Boxer L4H2 has gained a new lease of life - modern, fully optimized and tailored to the user's needs.
