Complete trailer refurbishment

A second life for a car trailer

This is a project we completed for a customer from the Czech Republic. The trailer arrived at our workshop with a damaged, heavily worn floor. The first step was to remove it completely, which allowed us to protect the vehicle's load-bearing structure and prepare it for a new cargo surface.

Durable materials

We fitted a new floor made of two sheets of sturdy 12 mm plywood, joined with an aluminium connecting strip. The result is durable, neat and forms a uniform surface.

Refurbishment with attention to detail

An additional element of the project was engraving the contact phone number on both sides of the trailer. It was painted bright red, so it catches the eye and is clearly visible even from a long distance.

The final result? A refurbished, functional and neat trailer, fully ready for further work!
