Complete refurbishment of a Mercedes Vito L2H1

We refurbished this Mercedes Vito L2H1 with attention to every detail. The interior has gained not only a new lease of life, but also functionality, durability and a clean, attractive look.

We covered the side walls with waterproof, easy-to-clean plywood with a thickness of 6.5 mm, which greatly improves resistance to mechanical damage and makes it easier to keep the vehicle clean.

We finished the remaining body elements with premium-grade technical felt. This material is made of soft polyester fibre, which not only looks excellent inside the vehicle, but also adds an extra layer of noise insulation.

We used the same material to cover the wheel arch covers, which not only improves the look of the cargo area, but also increases acoustic comfort.

We installed an Airline rail with load securing anchor points and auto-retracting straps.
