Side panels made of durable hardwood plywood

The entire fit-out of the Mercedes Sprinter L4H2 for Korcz - Serwis Pojazdów Kolejowych is built on side panels made of 6.5 mm hardwood plywood. This construction ensures solidity, durability and safe use.

StoreVan shelving units

We installed shelving units and a work surface from the renowned brand StoreVan, which stand out for their high build quality and functionality. They make it easy to keep all kinds of tools organised.

Practical work surface

The large work surface is fitted with practical storage compartments. On it we placed the control panel for the device used to lift loads, e.g. railway wagons. Above the work surface we mounted tool organisers, which give quick access to essential equipment.

Dedicated space for gas cylinders, compressor and accessories

Next to the work surface we designed a dedicated space for a gas cylinder, made of durable 20 mm plywood. We also added a functional box for wooden support blocks. The jacks are mounted on the sill by the side door. Cable hooks that can be repositioned are attached to the Airline rail. The railway rails are placed on a PE-HD (PE300) board, which provides durability and makes heavy items easy to slide. Everything is protected with a stainless steel C-channel. The ladder is mounted under the roof on Wistra rails and secured with auto-retracting straps.

Modern LED lighting

The interior is equipped with LED lighting, Airline rails with built-in lighting and an LED work light powered from a cigarette lighter socket by the rear doors.
