Complete fit-out replacement in a Mercedes Sprinter L4H2 for SUVER Pergole Aluminiowe

We took on a complete refurbishment of a Mercedes Sprinter L4H2 for SUVER Pergole Aluminiowe. We started by removing the old fit-out, which proved quite a challenge because it had been permanently glued to the vehicle floor.

The next step was a thorough cleaning of the interior to prepare it for the installation of a new, durable fit-out.

The van fit-out was made in the standard version, using very durable, impact-resistant plywood. The floor is made of 12 mm plywood and the side panels of 6.5 mm plywood, with no modifications to the vehicle structure. We built the wheel arch covers from a combination of both plywood types, additionally reinforced with aluminium fittings. The floor is finished with aluminium trims. We reinforced the bulkhead with an extra element where there was an opening - this element is removable.
