Van fit-out for motorcycle transport

We designed this van fit-out in cooperation with the dealer Yamaha - Uliarczyk. It is adapted for transporting motorcycles and service equipment.

We covered the side and door panels with double-sided laminated plywood (6.5 mm) with a logo. The floor is made of waterproof, anti-slip hexa plywood (12 mm). We extended the wheel arch covers upwards, creating space for motorcycle accessories.

For load securing, we installed Airline rails from Wistra Cargo Control in the floor, on the side walls and on the bulkhead. We also added steel motorcycle stands mounted in the Airline system, with adjustable positions. The whole setup is designed for handling motorcycles in both workshop and transport conditions.
