Cargo area fit-out of a Fiat Ducato L4H3 for the NAŠE ZAHRADA Garden Centre

Complete preparation and protection of the fit-out

We carried out a professional cargo area fit-out for NAŠE ZAHRADA. The project began with removing the old fit-out, treating critical areas with anti-corrosion agent and insulating the ceiling with a bitumen mat covered with a layer of aluminium foil.

Durable materials suited to intensive use

For the fit-out we used materials that withstand demanding working conditions:

• The floor is made of 12 mm anti-slip HEXA plywood. This material is waterproof, durable, anti-slip and easy to keep clean.
  
  
• The side panels are made of 6.5 mm waterproof plywood laminated on both sides and bonded with resin.

• The wheel arch covers combine HEXA plywood and laminated plywood, and their edges are protected with aluminium trims.
  
  
• The ceiling is protected with lightweight, durable panels made of PP plastic.

• The bulkhead is covered up to half its height with 6.5 mm laminated plywood.
  
  
• Elements that could not be finished with plywood were covered with high-quality technical felt, giving the whole fit-out a neat, consistent finish.

Professional load securing system

We installed an AIRLINE load securing system equipped with specialist anchor points, auto-retracting transport straps and load-bearing cross beams with dedicated mounts. The solution ensures safe and stable transport of the carried items.

Electrical installation and additional protection

We installed the electrical system, including an ON/OFF light switch by the rear doors and two LED strips mounted on the ceiling, which provide even lighting inside the vehicle.
