Cargo area fit-out for a tire fitter in an Iveco Daily L4H3

Mobile tire service workshop

The fit-out was built for Nowakowski - mobilna wulkanizacja 24/7. We used waterproof materials, sturdy mounting points and an insulated bulkhead, which ensures durability and safety.

HEXA floor

The floor is 12 mm anti-slip HEXA plywood in grey. The material is waterproof, which significantly extends its service life and makes it easier to keep clean.

Side panels

The walls are protected with 6.5 mm waterproof plywood, laminated on both sides. This type of plywood protects the vehicle's surface against mechanical damage and provides a solid base for mounting additional accessories.

Load securing system

For safe transport, we installed AIRLINE rails on both sides of the vehicle. This system makes it possible to secure the transported goods quickly and reliably.

Additional bulkhead

We built a second bulkhead that further divides the cargo area. It was made from high-quality components:

• 6.5 mm laminated plywood

• Frame made of 4 × 2 cm aluminium profiles

• Insulation made of bituminous foam with an aluminium coating (40 mm thick)

The whole structure consists of panels layered as plywood - aluminium foil - foam - aluminium foil - plywood, which provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. The bulkhead is riveted together and fitted with an inspection hatch (required by health and safety regulations) and a technical opening for routing pneumatic and electrical lines.
