The ideal partner for the beach and training

The Mercedes Sprinter L4H2 has undergone a complete transformation. After cleaning and removing the old fit-out, we created a new interior layout designed with athletes and everyday comfort in mind. We used high-quality materials and treated the interior with an anti-corrosion coating. The vehicle has been adapted to its specific operating conditions - it will be used on the beach.

Floor - HEXA 12 mm

We made the floor of the Mercedes Sprinter L4H2 from 12 mm anti-slip hexa plywood. Thanks to the specially milled surface, the material offers excellent anti-slip properties, which improves safety - especially in damp conditions. HEXA plywood is waterproof, durable and easy to keep clean. We also leveled the floor so that the entire surface sits at one height.

Hardwood Plywood and Tension Bars

On the side walls we installed 9 mm hardwood plywood, which gives the interior strength and a neat look. We fitted 7 vertical Airline rails for securing equipment, along with rotating tension bars. The ceiling is lined with hardwood plywood and thermal insulation, which protects against temperature extremes.

Board Rack

At the rear of the vehicle, next to the side door, we installed a specially designed rack that holds up to six surfboards. It is fitted with safety straps that keep the boards from shifting during transport. We mounted the rack on two horizontal Airline rails, which gives it excellent stability.

Electrics - LED Lighting and Power Sockets

We equipped the vehicle with LED lighting running along the full length of the ceiling. This provides even illumination of the interior, making work easier at night or in poor light. In addition, we installed cigarette lighter and USB sockets near the side and rear doors, so mobile devices can be charged and electronics powered conveniently, wherever they are during transport.

Wheel Arch Covers

We built the wheel arch covers in the Mercedes Sprinter from HEXA plywood. We designed them as practical storage compartments with an opening top, allowing convenient storage of equipment. We also reinforced the sides with aluminum, which makes the structure more resistant to impacts and harsh weather. The inside of each wheel arch cover is lined with ABS plastic, which further protects against moisture and damage.

Ventilation System - Easy Aero

We installed the Easy Aero ventilation system - a roof-mounted fan that ensures optimal air circulation in commercial vehicles. Its design effectively removes moisture and prevents unpleasant odors from building up inside the vehicle, noticeably improving comfort during travel and use of the space.

The entire fit-out was designed around the needs of athletes, delivering functionality, durability and comfort. The materials used, together with the ventilation and power systems, guarantee reliability even in demanding operating conditions.
