Another project for INMAGO - Iveco Daily Crew Cab L4H2 Van Fit-Out

Another project for INMAGO, a company providing professional cleaning services. This time we completed a full cargo area fit-out for an Iveco Daily Crew Cab L4H2.

A perfectly matched floor for the Iveco Daily

We started the project by taking a new scan of the vehicle floor, which allowed us to match the fit-out precisely. We paid particular attention to joining our floor with the vehicle's factory floor, which is 9 mm thick.

The 12 mm HEXA floor we used is thicker than the factory solution, so to join the two surfaces neatly and durably we used an aluminium joining strip.

Durable fit-out made of waterproof plywood

For the fit-out we chose materials designed for intensive use and protection of the cargo area.

• We made the floor from 12 mm anti-slip hexa plywood - waterproof, anti-slip and easy to keep clean. The whole floor is finished with aluminium threshold strips.
  
  

• The side panels are made of 6.5 mm plywood laminated on both sides, which is also moisture-resistant.
  
  

• We made the wheel arch covers from a combination of 12 mm and 6.5 mm plywood, additionally protected with aluminium strips. Their structure was extended upwards, giving us extra usable space. We lined the wheel arch covers with custom-fitted rubber, which helps keep transported items from sliding while driving.

Airline load securing system - safe cargo transport

The Airline system ensures safe securing of the transported equipment. The rails we used were additionally reinforced with an aluminium substructure, which increases their durability in everyday use.

We also equipped the fit-out with an auto-retracting strap and two spreader bars, which provide stable securing of the cargo and the ramps.

Additional equipment

• We installed 4 large stainless steel handles with a hanger.
  
  

• 2 folding aluminium ramps, 2 m long. The ramps can be safely stored in the wheel arch cover and then secured with a strap attached to an Airline rail.
  
  

• The whole is completed by the engraved INMAGO logo on the door.
